In this episode of Blogging for Programmers, I want to make sure that you at least foreshadow your topic when writing a blog. It is important to engage the audience from the start, but with the realization that they need to know what to expect to take away from reading your entire blog. Establish clear expectations for readers, ad by providing a roadmap of what to expect, writers can maintain reader interest and effectively communicate their message, in a way that doesn’t need to be boring. (But boring and informative is better than interesting and teaching nothing!)
